A flexible masterplan for Bath Quays North, developed by Allies & Morrison architects, creates a distinctive sense of place, and a spectacular setting for a new business address alongside retail and residential accommodation, car parking and public realm.
The proposals are currently configured as seven buildings with high quality office plots located along Corn Street, creating a more traditional commercial style street type.
Outline planning permission has now been granted for the development at Bath Quays North.

The riverside boulevard is the proposed location for the retail and food & beverage offer, with residential apartments on the upper floors. The vision is to create a bustling and active waterfront, which will make the most of the new park landscape and the south facing aspect. The waterfront area will become an attractive destination for local people, visitors and office workers from Bath Quays.
Approximately 450 parking spaces will be provided under the site; 320 public spaces and the remaining for businesses and residents.
